Born and raised in New Orleans. We are known for our Cajun Cooking, and Creole Meals. Delicious Gumbo, Spicy Crawfish, Mardi Gras, and Po-Boys. Amongst other things New Orleans is a great city! New Orleans Pralines has been in business for over 10 years. I started out making pralines at just the age of Ten and have been baking since the age of Seven. Graduated in 1999 in Culinary Arts. Cooking has always been my passion.
